"It was a great location conveniently located to public transportation (tube, taxi, bus, rail). The rooms were a little awkward for 2 people to share given that one person needs to climb over the other to get out of bed. Otherwise, it was great for the single occupants that were in our group. Would definitely stay here again."
"Check in..total nightmare, absolutely no need to be entering ALL your personal details and home address again after booking online, this creates a huge queue and lots of frustration. Room needed a good hoover, lots of hairs including in the bed, food crumbs and dust. Sink smelt like sewage when the tap was running. Only decent thing about the stay was the air-conditioning, the silence and the 2 second check out. Not worth almost 200 quid a night...AT ALL."

"The staff were amazing and so helpful. It was my Nanny’s 80th birthday and they made the occasion very special. The room was cozy and we were grateful for the AC which kept things cool even during the heat. We chose to have breakfast included in our stay and it was definitely the right choice as there were many options and the food was good as well. The staff were caring and professional and always ready to help out. I would definitely visit again!"

However, we found the male receptionist who checked us in a bit cold and rude to interact with - a bit unexpected when you’re staying at hotels. The receptionist the next day was lovely though"

More than adequate storage space for a single traveller. Excellent transport connections within a five minutes walk. "We had an excellent stay at the Conrad London. By the time we checked in and were welcomed with a glass of champagne our bags were already in our room. Throughout our stay Maria was an excellent host. Her room was nicely laid out and had a very spacious bathroom with separate tub and shower. I paid the extra fee for lounge access and I found it well worth the cost. For me the only slight down side was that the young lady working as concierge had English as a second language. Therefore it was difficult to communicate what was needed. I felt that staying in an English hotel this should not have been a problem. Considering the hotel central location and our overall experience I would highly recommend the Conrad."
