Also the noise coming from the floor above is very loud with myself and my friend in a different room both noticed. The staff were lovely and they were very helpful when I raised the noise or interacted with them at any point during my stay. "

"We booked a deluxe room with king bed. Just before we left we had an email offering an upgraded garden view room for £3 per night, which we took. When we arrived and checked in it was a good thing we hadn't brought our cat... the room was tiny, small bathroom. Not what we ordered (Bear in mind this was £596 for 2 nights) Back we went downstairs to complain and to be fair they gave us a room that we had booked - literally twice the size of the "garden room". Breakfast was a good buffet, although we had a long wait on Sunday morning. It's walkable to many places around the South Bank, Covent Garden etc. but at that price...."

"We were told we could have a nice upgrade for $200 with a nice view. Our room had a view of the train and nothing else. It was very disappointing and we felt swindled. I would not stay at your hotel again. The staff were not overly pleasant either. "
