Great location across from Leicester square! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice to have breakfast on site before we set off for a full day of site seeing. Hotel is central to the popular hot spots of London. SoHo, Piccadilly, Trafalgar square and the underground trains. Highly recommend! ,

The absolute perfect location for seeing the sights. Walkable to Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, Horse Guards. And so much more. It was clean, tidy and very quiet. Will absolutely come back and already recommended this location to friends.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location in a busy area. Breakfast had good variety and was tasty. Cons: Shower flooded bathroom floor every time and hand spray was hard to position if you didn’t want to use the rain showerhead. It was also hard to find exactly the right off position to stop the shower from running or dripping. Every door slammed loudly in the hallway. It wasn’t possible to close the door slowly and quietly even if you tried. They need some kind of closing mechanism to slow down the heavy doors.

Amazing stay in the best area ever right in the heart of Piccadilly Circus and Leicester Square with Chinatown and the Hippodrome a 1 minute walk away, Trafalgar Squae 3 minute walk, Big Ben and Westminster 18 minutes walk ir catch the bus from around the corner and get off at Big Ben in under 10 minutes. Awesome much needed aircon, rooms are spacious and best showers ever.

The AC worked great. Check in was simple, great location. A bit noisy with music nearby until 23:00 and the rumble of the train until midnight, but that’s downtown London. The whole place is musty smelling. Carpet everywhere that is holding the smell too. The toilet would run after almost every flush rendering it useless for the next person. The TV is not connected to the internet, so no streaming or screen sharing ability.

Perfect location and if you get a room to the back yard it is very quiet. Comfortable and clean, only thing to be aware of is breakfast. It’s pricey and choices are limited. I would go for one of the restaurants in the neighborhood instead next time.

The room was clean and so was the rest of the hotel. However we booked a room here because it said the rooms had AC and when we checked in we were told our room didn’t have AC and they didn’t have any rooms available with AC
