The location was excellent, nearby shops, very good airconditioning , clean ,very good breakfast , cossy hotel , nice and helpful staff , I suggest putting two chairs with a small table instead of just one chair in standard double rooms,, and also putting a small TV in the sitting room at the hotel entrance near the reception room.otherwise everything was perfect and in order.

Top Spot for Night at Theatre!

Just what we needed - central location, clean, secure & comfortable - premium price but that’s primarily the consequence of the central SoHo location - great for a night or two only - all staff friendly & obliging

Always a pleasure to stay here. Great location in Piccadilly , east to walk to. Staff so welcoming and swift check in and out. Rooms very clean and quiet, my room was super spacious nice large bed and complimentary water. The lady who was cleaning was a delight and offered to help fasten my dress I was struggling with for an event later that morning before check out. Highly recommended! Stayed for past 3 years when needs be.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating after we arrived a bit early for check in and made arrangements to get us a room. We had matinee tickets to see Wicked that day so that was a tremendous help and gesture on their part. Very much appreciative of the staff’s consideration and understanding. Will definitely consider this hotel again when we’re back in London.

Staff were very friendly. Great location in the heart of Piccadilly Circus with lots of shopping and dining nearby. Rooms seemed to be a little run down but clean. The complementary drinks in the mini bar were a huge plus!

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during a work trip to London and had a wonderful experience. It’s in the heart of the city and tourist area, yet quiet and relaxing—perfect after a long day. It was also very close to my office. The staff were fantastic, especially Malik and Khadijah, who were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. My family joined me for the last four days, and they loved it too. Highly recommend, especially for colleagues traveling to our London office. I’ll definitely be back!

A good location to stay for Leicester Square. The hotel reminds me of Travelodge. Ie basic, however, useful. The date I stayed was reasonably priced so it was good value for money. I would prefer to stay somewhere more comfortable, but the location, again, can't be beaten.

We only stayed one night, but the hotel bedrooms were very clean with plenty of towels. The position of the hotel is excellent for walking to the theatre. The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. We are going to London twice more this year and will definitely stay at the Thistle Hotel in Piccadilly.
