"Stopped here prior to a visit to Wembley. Location is perfect, 30 minute walk to Wembley. Tube station os 2 minute walk away for lonks into the City. The apartment was immaculate, very clean and compact. View of Wembley was a binus also. Very secure, friendly staff and cheap to eat and drink."

Small rooms on hot London days and nights without proper ventilation is rough. "Lovely hotel, it was my third time staying here. Great staff, very clean room, and centrally located in Kensington area. The room with the access to courtyard is fantastic. "

"The location was great, close to tube, restaurants, and food markets. Checkin was fast and easy. I contacted the management staff for restaurant recommendations and they were happy to reply! Kitchen was very nice and had basic supplies for tea and eating food brought in from the outside. My only suggestions for improvement would be to include hand soap in the bathroom (in addition to the shampoo and conditioner provided) and to include dish towels or paper towels in the kitchen."
