Amazing and helpful staff who helped give information about the surrounding area, safety and how to get to airport during Easter break. Clean room that was left impeccable after each day, and a dreamy comfortable bed. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in London. "

"I really enjoyed my stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the bed was very comfortable—I slept wonderfully. The amenities were excellent, and I especially appreciated the free breakfast, which was high quality and delicious. The only downside was that my room was located right next to a door leading from the main lobby to the rooms, so I could hear every time someone opened or closed it."
