"A bit outdated, our room was directly behind the front desk and cleaning closet so not great to sleep in during the mornings. This info was not disclosed until prior to check in, otherwise room was very big, kept relatively clean."

"Such an amazing hotel, in and amazing location. The vista is beautiful! The rooms were clean and tidy. A few bits are tired, and in need of some fresh paint etc. but still in good order. The breakfast is ample and perfect, plenty of options. The coffee is also really good. The staff were amazing and friendly. I will be back!"

Room was adequate for me as a one person traveller it felt safe and there was a lift in the main building .Well serviced daily by housekeeping staff .Aircon vedy effective as it was hot and fee reasonable I was collected from the airport by Mike the barman and returned to airport by Eva the owner which was worth the fee .Staff were all very friendly and helpful and had obviously been at Panorama for many years which tells a good story...
