"I had a reservation and when I arrived I was told that they were under renovation and they had no available rooms and I didn’t even get to ask for verification or proof of that. The front desk person was rude and disrespectful while someone that was staying there was sitting in the lobby with him and talking about how his microwave was not working and drinking alcohol. I have disputed the charge, made a claim, have travel insurance and still have not received a refund. Meanwhile I had to pay for another room for the night and it was tough finding one available. Will never again allow this place to receive a penny of my money and I am disappointed in Expedia for not helping me get my money back or even acknowledge my issues"

"Totally disgusting. Blood on curtains .. cig burns in sheets .. mold all over the walls in bathroom... Curtain did not stay shut ... toilet bowl Totally brown. Most disgusting place i have ever stayed. Tried checking out and lobby doors lock and night wondow rang bell for 2 min nobody came."
