During my 1st stay, I poured coffee from a thermos that was next to the kettle in the shared kitchen, assuming it was communal. The next morning, I was falsely accused of theft. Ludmila escalated the situation, rallying long-term guests (mostly Ukrainians) into a mob, hurling insults and racial slurs. I had to call the police to stop the aggression. I stand 6...

"The elevator is broken and there is no sign of it being fixed. I have a disability and it was hard for me to go up and down the stairs every day. I would not have booked this hotel if the elevator was not available. The staff was not apologetic about this, which was disappointing."
