From the moment we arrived at Hotel Engel in Emmetten, the staff went above and beyond—helping with laundry, offering brilliant touring tips, and solving our transportation challenges. Every meal was a culinary delight, and the hospitality was unmatched. Warm, professional, and genuinely caring, the team made our stay unforgettable, especially the Owner! I can’t recommend this hotel enough—truly a five-star experience in every way!"

"We stayed in the guest house of a neighboring hotel. Modest but perfect for our need. Easy to find, kept our luggage while we explored the city. Nice cafes all around. A bit noisy at night….but it was Saturday night!"
