"When I first got there I was told that elevator was broken did not have my reserved room on first floor. The worked and got me a standard room which I agreed to and it was fine. I forgot to tell them the freezer needed to be cleaned"

"Comfort Inn lived up to expectations except this am. Breakfast bar poorly stocked at 8 am and no one to attend to it. Stock or clean. I stood at front desk for 10 minutes before anyone came. Just wanted to report that our room 205 had a damp carpet around the cooling/heating unit. She really didn’t seem to care. Not the best for your reputation which otherwise would have been great. Sorry "
