"Great place to stay in order to participate in a conference at the expensive Big Sky resort. Short drive to town center of big sky, where there are good places to eat and a few cultural activities and nice art galleries. Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very nice pool with a fun waterslide that I went on (after 40 years of abstention). My only suggestion is that the check in time of 5 PM is later than most hotels and might have been inconvenient had we needed our room a bit...

"We were disappointed that the ice machine didn't work. This is an inexpensive motel and the rooms reflected that, however, they kept it very clean and the cleaning staff and front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. "

"This lodge is fabulous! I had a very large room with a kitchenette and a balcony. The view from all the windows and the balcony was of the gorgeous mountains and the rushing water below. We could see for miles! The unit was in wonderful condition, clean and recently renovated. The location is incredible. It is 3-5 minutes from the entrance to Yellowstone and in walking distance to many restaurants! Don’t think about this one-book it!"

"For the most part, it was peaceful and quiet. Whoever ended up in room 207 were loud, allowing their room door to slam shut frequently, talking loudly, etc., but that’s no reflection on the property itself, just a reflection on the rudeness of the guests in that room. The property is conveniently located just a few miles outside the North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park. "The hotel location at the West Yellowstone entrance was a perfect location. Close to small shops, restaurants and West entrance. - We asked for daily housekeeping but only get the room cleaned every other day. - The toiletries at the reception area was a great idea for guests to grab whatever we need instead of stocking with unused/unneeded items. - The room need some renovation, the blow-dryer was old school and holding on to a button for it to work the whole time was not convenient. "
