"Pros- beds were comfortable, it was quiet, full kitchen was great, self check-in went smoothly. Cons- some overlooked areas in cleaning- smears of something on walls and picture frames, a dirty cooking pot, etc. The main problem was the shower. While it looked very nice, it was poorly designed. "This is a really unique and quirky property! We really enjoyed our room. We booked the top attic room with 5 twin beds and our kids/teens loved it! Really unique space with interesting history. I won't recommend it to people with mobility issues, as the stairs are steep and the ceiling has low beams. But for us it was a really fun experience. Other rooms may not be this way. "The couple who manages the hotel was very friendly and accomodating. Our room was super clean and had been recently remodeled. Although the hotel is located next to a busy street, we could not hear the traffic with the windows closed. Having AC in the room on a 30°C day was an extra bonus. "The room and hotel was excellent. It is tucked away in a corner by the highway, so it functions like a motel but the area isn't "nice" per se; it's a corner off the highway not a mountain resort looking out over the valley. Communication was either none or 5 star. Mostly since you don't need it. Everything is great and checkin with the machine was simple, so never spoke to anyone to rate. Clean nice, good beds, and the exceptionally large family room for parents with two children, it exceeded all expectations. Very happy. "
