"The breakfast was reasonable and the room overall was good with a really good shower."

"Room was generally clean but cold on arrival. I turned on the fan heater but it only blew cold air. I called the hotel and someone quickly came to my room and sorted the heating and it soon warmed up. Given it was Boxing Day I appreciated how efficiently the issue was dealt with."
