This did not happen, I went to the property, knocked on the door, no-one answered, I rang the owner and left a message, they did not respond, at 9pm that evening I received an email with the details. "When we arrived, he wasn't sure if I had a booking. Waiting outside the property in the pouring rain for 40mins before I got in. When I called they didn't pick up and there was no in the property to assist. The password gave was the wrong one initially and then messaged the right one after waiting for over 40mins. The toilet seat is right by a radiator and could sit properly as the heater continuesly touch you and heat burns. When we entered we had to clean the toilets as they were let dirty....

"This is not somewhere I would recommend. It is Self Check in but I had not received the Details (Door Codes) by 7pm (1900) and had to ask for them; although they deny this. On, finally, getting the Codes I arrived to find 2 other Guests struggling to access the Property as the Locks are not easy to use. The Rooms are OK but no Towels were provided and the Bathroom was not in good condition or clean. The Kitchen was ok but that is about as far as it goes. The only positive was the Location; it is...

"I booked this for my family during my wedding and wow is all i can say. The soace was stunning and Harriet and Giles just could not do enough for us. I was blown away by theirckindness and generosity. To the point at which they let us put my wedding cake in the fridge. Honestly the best hosts ive ever had. Thanks so much guys i know it trueky meant the world to my mum. "
