"The hotel was extremely clean and very inviting. The room was very spacious and very clean, the outlet didn't work in the bathroom so unfortunately couldn't use the hairdryer but that was minor. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Didn't use the pool area but it looked nice. The bar area was very nice and welcoming. We would definitely stay again. Hopefully the road construction on the main road isn't going on too much longer, made accessibility a slight issue"

My only concerns were 1. another patron was using an aromatic product that smelled like a skunk, but when I brought it to the attention of the staff, it was directly attended to; this was to be a nonsmoking facility. 2. the staff/manager spent the one morning I slept in speaking loudly/yelling instructions to staff with doors repeatedly closing (I assume the staff was getting room ready for cleaning). "Our room was not available on arrival. I was initially stressed, but the front desk was very polite and helpful. He gave us a better upgrade for our troubles. The pool was closed for maintenance which seems to happen a lot at Marshfield hotels, so it wasnt surprising. All staff was fantastic to us. The property is a little dated in some areas but clean and overall efficient on our visit. The rooms have very large TV's which look fantastic.
