"Noticed a lot of water damage on the ceiling along with paint chipping over one of the beds. Other areas of opportunity throughout the room for upkeep. Breakfast left a lot to be desired (i.e., two of us in our party but only one bagel, only had a waffle as your choice for a hot meal, etc.). Knowing what I now know, I would stay here again but my expectations will be more in check."

"Everything was perfect about our stay! Proximity to restaurants, activities, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking and nike riding. The only downside (not Paul's fault) was there were warnings about swimming in the bay. We do not hexperience with the Chesapeake bay so we were surprised. with "

"We were at the boat and I called the owner. She said she needed to make sure the cleaners were done. Then she called back and said that there was a double booking. This is after we had fully paid and she had communicated several times including her sending detailed instructions on the unit."
