"We arrived to a very warm welcome and a super clean bedroom and bathroom. The reception manager gave us a lovely tip for a walk along the river to the Cathedral too!"

"Really impressed with this Hotel, only marginally more expensive than a travelodge but free parking until 10pm on Day of departure. Easy walking distance of the City Centre and next to both the Plantation Garden and the Roman Catholic Cathedral. Experience was more of a serviced apartment than a hotel with Fridge, Microwave, crockery and sink in a mini kitchen. Staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. As this is an independent hotel would strongly support to encourage local businesses."

"Our stay here was fine for the 2 nights we were there. We did have an issue with food on the first night as we arrived on a Sunday late afternoon and the pub next door was shut . We couldn't arrange anything else in the area as Taxi's were impossible to get hold of. We survived... and the 2nd night we ate at the pub and that was great."

"Basic hotel, needs some improvements with maintenance issues, slight damp issue in room we stayed in...no heating in bathroom so a little chilly in there. The lady herself was great when asked for extra towel and cup as only 1 in there for double room and was very helpful with parking. No contact number though all numbers are incorrect on here and websites so not able to contact at all "

"On arrival there is limited information on where to park and where to check-in. Following my experience, I had to provide assistance to another traveller that was also at a loss. The room itself is functional. The bathroom has motion sensor lighting, so the door was closed. Subsequently, due to the lack of ventilation, the bathroom was smelly and there were areas that could do with some mould and mildew spray to sort both its appearance and the smell.
