"My experience with Gothamm Property Rental Management was unsatisfactory. The property was not ready for a listing, the mattresses were poor quality with springs bulging out once you sat on the bed. The TV's were new and never programed, the floor were filthy and dust was on the floor and collected on the corners of the room. "This could be a wonderful property, but it needs some work. Air conditioning was marginal. Shower/tub drained VERY slowly. Needed missing extension cord to plug in the main lamp. Could not access freezer drawers due to tight kitchen space. No privacy blinds on the windows. Other little things as well, but you get the idea. Property manager responded to requests for extension cord and additional towels and late check out, but ignored our concerns regarding the drainage issues. "
