"Stopped overnight. Had late check-in which wasn’t a problem. Room clean & comfortable. Only negative is it smelt damp/musky so had window open a lot. Don’t know if that was because we were on ground floor or not. Breakfast was good. "

"We had an issue with our room but it was sorted in minutes by a lovely workman , spoke to the owner and he was really lovely and helpful , the workman even offered to help my disabled husband up the stairs . We really enjoyed our stay and planning to come back again !!!"

"The Caley Hotel has a lot of history in the buildings, but the rooms are fresh and modern, with all the necessary details. We were in a room in a small courtyard away from the bar and restaurant and it was very quiet. The staff were all lovely and helpful. It would be nice to see even more of the local seafood on the menu, but the sea bass and rock bass were both very good. They seemed a tiny bit short-staffed, but everyone was clearly doing everything they could to keep things ticking over. My...
