"Unique views from the bar and dining room Lovely location, clean and great staff, good breakfast. Room and corridors tired, someone had put a fist through bathroom door with a poor repare. We also looked out onto a window in an adjacent building. Room nothing like the standard double picture advertised. Also did not appreciate housekeeping shouting down the corridor at 7.30am. "

"Friendly, clean, with great views when in a seafront room. The car park is a bonus and there was always a parking space when I was going in and out. My only comment was on the middle floor you could hear other guests on the floorboards above. However they could have been baby elephants! Will stay here again"

"The only downside were the parking facilities. Only 3 spaces. However, apart from that everything was excellent. The food quality and quantity, the friendly staff, the room and facilities were all excellent. Highly recommended."

"The hotel was in a lovely location overlooking the sea. The room was lovely with balcony. The bed was super comfortable with great crisp white sheets. Couldn’t fault the breakfast very tasty and well presented. I would definitely stay there again. "

"The room was clean in excellent condition with a spacious bathroom. There was a mini bar with some free drinks and some payable. We had a sea view and it was very quiet. The restaurant was amazing food and the free breakfast was also amazing. Would love to come back at some point. Would re ommend this for a trip to the Eden Project and we even went out on a fast boat ride with Seafari and had a trip to the Austell Brewery."

"The property itself was in the a quiet area so great for a good night's sleep. The room was big, comfortable and wonderfully clean. Great shower. It's a quick walk downhill to the edge of the main shopping street and museum but about 20-30mins to the beaches and the Maritime museum on some hilly main roads. "

"The property is slightly outdated but staff tries to keep it in a good condition. My only issue with the room was water pressure in a shower, it was non existent. It was a real challenge to wash all the sand off. The breakfast lady is great, very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The reception staff rather distant and hard to find. Property has a great location and has its own parking which helps as the town has almost no parking spaces. It is also super close to the beach. "
