"Stayed one night and had to leave early before breakfast was served, but our room was very comfortable and the property was clean and well maintained. The young lady who checked us in was very friendly. Good place to bed down if you’re just getting off the Bernina Express."

"We were in Tirano for one night, we arrived from Chur in the Bernina Express. The room we stayed is PERFECT for two people, but we are a family of 4 adults (we are tall) and it felt quite small, including the shower, this is the only reason why Im giving 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that, the room was very clean and it is right next to the train station which was exactly what we wanted. The hotel restaurant offers a very good dining selection as well."

Molto efficiente l'organizzazione interna con un unico numero-chiave corrispondente al numero di camera e al numero dell'armadietto ove riporre le attrezzature da sci. Migliorabile il rispetto del silenzio negli spazi comuni (soprattutto sala ristorante, piscina e SPA) e nelle camere vicine, se si vuole ambire a un punteggio maggiore e attirare una clientela più adulta/esigente."
