Check in is noon time I’m still sitting here out side waiting to check in and it’s 2:30 pm never coming back or referring them to anyone. Update got into the room at 3 the one piece of furniture on patio is broken to the point it’s unusable floors in room just got taped over instead of being replaced this place isn’t a resort is a trap the pictures that they use are...

"プールがメンテナンス中でした。 子供たちと楽しみにしていたのに残念です。 このコンドミニアムに決めたのは、ズバリプールです。でなければハノイに行く予定でした。 プールがないホテルなど、我が家にとって何の価値もありません。 小さなプールがあったので、仕方なく水着に着替えて行ったら、居住者用だと断られました。 詐欺に近いです。 また、深夜便で着いたのですが、部屋に入れてもらえず、予約のページを英語で提示しても、全く対応してもらえませんでした。 エクスペディアに電話をしたのですが、対応が遅かったです。深夜２時から５時すぎまで外のベンチに座らされたまま、暑くて気がおかしくなりなした。 妻と2人の子供の悲しそうな顔。 思い出すだけで胸が苦しくなります。 トラウマになりそうです。 以上２点。５５年の人生で最低最悪の旅になりました。 時間とお金を返して欲しいです。 ハノイに行けばよかった。 悔しくて情けないです。"
