"The hotel is at a good location in the old town. Hotel is clean. However, it was noisy due to construction across the street. My bathroom shower/shampoo soap bottle was not filled so I had no soap to use while showering and couldn’t call front desk because it’s past 9 pm. 😣"

"Very nice room. AC was great. Not sure if all rooms are like this but our room seemed very new like it had been redone recently. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything in Lucerne. We needed to do laundry and they have brand new machines that worked great. "

"It was convenient as a last minute booking. Very close to the tram stop. Has accessibility lift for luggage going up the stairs, and lifts. Can get a bit noisy during the late afternoon and night, many people out in the corridors, but otherwise value for money. The staff wouldn't give us the full room we booked at the start but they managed to fix the problem in the end. There were broken hooks on some of the beds and had limited coat hangers."

Beim genauen Hinsehen, stellt man fest: Duvetüverzüge mit Löchern, Fehlender Stuhl am Schreibtisch, Leere Batterien in der Fernbedienung, Sauberkeit im Detail an gewissen Orten verbesserungswürdig. War eine Nacht spontan dort und es war absolut in Ordnung. Mehr erwarte ich nicht. "

"Location was ideal and I was glad that I saw that check-in is at Hotel Krone, not far down the road. We stayed in the Egyptian room, another flight up stairs from the elevator, manageable for us but something to consider with heavy luggage if you want this room. A tower fan was available as well as a mini-fridge."
