She didn’t really understand that we had a problem in our room.(Our neighbor keep smoking in his bathroom, so our bathroom was also stinking of cigarettes) The pool area is very clean and nice to visit, but the traffic around is a little noisy."

"La posizione centralissima è stata sicuramente un punto a favore, permettendoci di muoverci comodamente a piedi. Inoltre, il parcheggio gratuito è stato un servizio molto apprezzato. Purtroppo, abbiamo riscontrato alcune discrepanze rispetto alle aspettative. Le camere, pur essendo in un edificio di carattere, ci sono apparse un po' datate e non del tutto in linea con gli standard di un 3 stelle. "The hotel was covered in moquette and it smelled terrible. We had to sleep with the window open and ear plugs becuase the odor was unbearablebut with the window open the noise coming in was very loud. In the bathroom there was a terrible odor as well, we tried keeping the window open at all times and flushing but nothing made the smell go away."
