"The room is clean but small. The staffs are nice and helpful. The breakfast is included and food is acceptable but crowded due to lots of people in a small place."

"Wonderful traditional Japanese room overlooking the lake. Unfortunately only had one night and was unable to try the traditional meal service. The hotel overall feels like a period piece from the 70s in a good way, and everything is very well maintained. The large onsen area (strictly no tattoos allowed) was great for winding down after a day of exploring. Would stay again."
