"We had a superior sea front room which was very big & comfortable. Everything was good. The staff were very helpful & polite. It was just a shame the frontage & entry to the hotel was a bit worn out & old fashioned. Tables and chairs and a few pot plants would have been good. A new carpet at the entrance & a lick of paint would have made such a difference. "

Ought to have had a notice in these instance of where to go for help. The land line was out of action the proceeding week of our staff when telephoning for booking confirmation but now fixed.
