"Hotel limpo, cama excelente e bem localizado, indo para restaurantes a pé, questão de 2 quadras. Negativo: no banheiro não tinha box, apenas uma divisória então molhava todo o banheiro após o banho. Ar condicionado não era muito bom mas como estava frio, abrimos a janela."

The location is excellent, the staff is excellent, and though I found myself wanting a gym, the facilities are excellent. "We enjoyed our room with Andes Mountains view while visiting near Mendoza, Argentina. The hotel was very walkable to many shops and restaurants. Hotel staff were very helpful for recommendations and information on the general area.. Breakfast delivered daily was delicious and filling. Parking in the underground garage was challenging; I’m glad they let us park out front. "

"Well, it is a three star hotel, so a three star ranking should be expected. The front desk staff was great. Helped me organise a very last minute tour that was wonderful and inexpensive. The towels had been washed a billion times. In these times of a pandemic, that might bring some comfort, but that was about the only comfort to expect from the towels. I mostly care about bed comfort and wifi. The bed was very comfortable, with memory foam pillows. The wifi was almost nonexistent in my room....
