"The staff is fantastic and decisive. We checked-in late at night with no problem. They have a bar 24 hs and also a buffet breakfast for 10 euros (we couldn’t use it, but it’s sounds good). El personal es fantástico y resolutivo. Ingresamos tarde, a la noche, sin problema. Tienen un bar 24 hs. y también un servicio de desayuno por 10 euros (no pudimos usarlo pero suena bueno)."

"Wonderful room, great staff, exceptionally clean. The room was beyond my expectations. Very large and almost brand new. Only issue is that it was further from Pamplona center than I hoped. My own fault probably for not locating on the map. But a great stay nonetheless."

"Hotel lovely inside. Warm welcome from reception. 20 min walk from centre of Pamplona. Nearby are shops cafes and restaurants. Room was comfortable however the noise heard from above and next door was enough to put me off returning. The couple next door were obviously having a ‘romantic’ night and it was as if they were in our room. It’s a shame because apart from the paper thin walls it’s a lovely little hotel. "

Hablamos con el personal por intercomunicador. En un momento dado, el personal nos colgó. Había pedido una plaza de aparcamiento pero cuando llegamos me dijeron que no, y tuve que aparcar mi coche lejos del casco antiguo. Aunque dijeron que el estacionamiento estaba justo fuera del casco antiguo, los espacios siempre estaban llenos...

"Beautiful historic hotel located in the "old castle" portion of the castle of the King of Navarre. The initial building dates back to Roman times and was add to by the Visigoths and again in the 13th century. The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and right on the center square of the town. "The accommodation itself was very good BUT: 1). The hostel is a full 20 minutes walk from the historic centre, 30 minutes from bus station & 20 minutes from train station. Moreover, it is not easy to find or navigate AND is in a less than salubrious area on the edge of town, behind a petrol station on a small industrial estate.
