"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did have some difficulty with getting the toilet to flush and the staff came up to our room and made sure it was functioning properly. They also were able to print our boarding passes for our return flights for us. The breakfasts offered a wide variety of hot or cold foods and drinks. Staying in Sterling allowed us to visit sites in Glasgow, Ayr and Edinburgh. We only had a 30 minute drive to Edinburgh Airport for our return flights to USA."

"good stay especially for overnight business trip , good location had a nice walk down the foreshore. food was good breakfast needed beans on it and the coffee was awful , but i can live with that for good nights sleep friendly staff and decent dinner "

"Nice and modern, very clean and staff very very polite and welcoming. Only disappointing thing was there was no beans left and none to refill at breakfast with still 1.5hrs left of breakfast"

"Great location for getting to Murrayfield. Helpful and friendly staff. Amazingly we didn’t hear the wedding parties in full swing both nights we were there (my heart sank initially when I saw them). Rooms were nice and clean although could’ve done with some extra deep hoovering at the carpet edges next to wall. Would recommend. Particularly the staff. They were great. "
