"This was a fantastic deal. The free light dinner was actually a very nice buffet. With breakfast and dinner included this was our most affordable night in all of Sweden. The town itself was very walkable but the only place in Sweden we didn’t feel safe. A women came out of the hostel near the waterfront and was viciously yelling at us but we didn’t understand her and thankfully she was on the other side of a fence. Lots of great walking paths. We were lucky parking was free on the weekends. "

"Trots att jag ankom alldeles för tidigt såg receptionisten till att ett rum ställdes iordning så jag kunde tjecka in inom fem minuter . Det uppskattade jag oerhört mycket eftersom jag kört 30 mil! God och närande frukost med lagom stort utbud. Rent och snyggt såväl på rummet som i matsalen. Mycket trevlig och serviceinriktad personal. Bra läge och gratis parkering !!!"

"It is a old property marketed as a Best Western and a family hotel. Two different price points for the same hotel - weird. - We could not find Best Western signage on the outside of the hotel. It was OK, but overpriced. Not sure about the Sure Hotel change standards, I would have to stay at a few more to evaluate consistency,"

"Our stay was decent overall. Even though the room needs an update it was spacious for a family of four. The breakfast buffet was nice with a wide variety of food. However the heating in the room was old school radiator heating and unfortunately one of the units was not working properly therefore our room was a little chilly during the night. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the BauerGarden. The cabin we had was very nice, with two rooms for for of us. Everything worked well in the unit. We made a nice dinner in the little kitchen with our unit. There is a small grocery store about 5km away with a nice selection of things to cook. Eating on our porch was very nice. Two of the beds were very comfortable, but others had a very thin mattress and were a bit hard. These were not as nice to sleep on. The rest of the bedding was great, and...

"A quiet and coasy stay"

"We stayed at Hotel Ullinge in September which seems to be a quiet time in Sweden generally. We wanted to stop between Gothenburg and the ferry to Visby. My wife and I both agree it was a shame we didn't have time to stay longer because the hotel have boats for hire and canoe's for the more adventurous. The lake was like a mirror, flat calm. The rooms are basic and slightly dated style but they are spotlessly clean and the beauty is outside. The breakfast and dinner we enjoyed were both excellent...

"We were so disappointed upon arrival at our apartment. We had specifically booked an apartment instead of a hotel room so that we'd have a separate lounging area while our son slept, but there was only a tiny kitchen, no living room, and no door to the bedroom. The bathroom was full of black mold. It was also super noisy with very thin walls so you heard every move your neighbors made or every buzz of their phones. A sleepless night, thank goodness we only had to stay for one. "

"The host was so gracious! She opened early for us and allowed us to check in early. Although it was off season, she offered to open the dining hall if we wanted to have dinner that night. And because we were leaving early in the morning to visit family roots all around the area, she made a breakfast in a bag for us so we had something for the road. As we wanted a low key stay, we walked to the Huskvarna Museum and to the shops at Smedben, and enjoyed the billiards and various games at the hotel. Hotel staff were very kind and gracious and made the stay very relaxing. Room was spacious and quiet and had all the amenities one could want."
