We came to leave to get parking validated and they said they didn't do that, we have to pay. The fact I had an email from them saying otherwise didn't seem to matter and they showed no concern this email gets sent as standard and had no interest when I suggested changing it. "This is an old property that has been lovingly renovated. The bathroom was modern, the bed comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is in the old part of Maastricht and is walking distance to everything. Perfect location. Would definitely stay here again "
