"I liked the location that was only 15 minutes walk from the Stena line terminal. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the surrounding area. The grocery store and rental car area was about 20 minutes walk. I felt safe walking the streets. The only thing I did not really like is having to ask for a ramp to be placed whenever we go inside the hotel and their restaurant for my friend who is in a wheelchair. The ramp has to be carried from the hotel entrance to the restaurant entrance since...

"Very old and smelly motel. YOu enter the reception and you breathe a strong smell of cigarette. The room was very old (ols carpet and old sofa) and it smells cigarette and humidity under a smell of air freshener. I will not go back there for sure."

The small print non the receipt said to make arrangements if you arrive after 12:00 on Sunday. Didn't see that until we found the hotel dark and deserted. Finally found a note on a door stating our room number, but that door was locked and the lobby dark. Were able to find our way to the room and the key was in...
