"Everything was fine. It was a nice hotel other than unable to check in. We had a reservation, it was on their system. But we could not create our room key and check in. Neither could another couple. Later in the evening a Korean family also could not check in. It’s best to have a hotel with a reception in my experience."

"the grounds of the property are really, truly lovely; we brought our dog, and there was lots of space for him to explore and roam around and enjoy, in addition to great patio and lovely views. the staff is just lovely, and very helpful; really, they couldn’t be nicer, honestly, as is so wonderfully typical of great service in Switzerland. the physical plant is good, if not great, and overall the hotel has surely seen better days, while the room renovations are a bit “hip,” such as no real closet or storage space but, instead, Ikea, open-storage-installations."

"Great view from restaurant. Restaurant was expensive and also the in room mini bar. Not a good restaurant for picky eaters. Lots of flies during our visit. Would not recommend rooms facing the road. Odd electrical outlets requiring a specific plug. Yes, it’s the 240 European outlet, but the round plug doesn’t fit. It must be the slim two prong plug. Hotel shares parking lot with gas station and car dealership but didn’t have a problem parking. What the hotel lacked the scenery made up for. "
