She was very rude and proceeded to tell me that hotel parking was extra and that I had to pay extra for the dogs on checking in. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was quite dirty as per photos. After get directions, the rooms does not look like the pictures, no plates , no pillows, no tables at outdoor, just an empty apartment (the linens and towels were there..) The apartment is brand new, but not suitable for a short...
