"Pretty basic accomodation. Staff was friendly & attentive and would reply if messaged thru SMS. Easy check in and check out. No water station but has electric kettle and drinking glasses/cups and a small ref. FYI, No windows in the room as mentioned. Very good accomodation for the price. Great location. Right next to Pacific mall and short walk to SM City Legazpi, Public Market and Ayala Mall. Unfortunately, the other rooms are noisy and keeps on banging their doors. Would stay again. "

"It’s new, the hallway is clean and spacious. Staff and guard are courteous. Shuttle service charge is fair. Two things they should work: provide warm shower and an elevator for seniors. "

"Their hotel definitely lived up to its name, Sentro. It is located in the most convenient part of Legaspi where the malls, markets and transportation are available. The hotel staff are so nice and warm. The inclusive breakfast buffet was also great; I just wish they added more chicken and fish dishes for non meat eaters like me. "Beautiful place and nice room but the moment I opened the door the room wreaked of black mold. I narrowed it down to the air con. A newer model bit obviously never maintained. The mini-fridge too has black mold around the door seal. We stayed one night. I sprayed a ton of body spray and that mostly solved the smell but of course the mold was still in the air. Ive been sick for 3 days after we left. Very unhappy. The sink faucet comes right out. A simple nut would fix it. The sink and shower...
