"BAR WAS VERY BUSY, ORDERED FOOD ARRIVED NO CUTLERY OR CONDIMENTS, WAITRESS SAID SHE WOULD BRING THEM TO ME AFTER 15MINS AND TRYING TO GET SOMEONES ATTENTION I GAVE UP AND WENT BACK TO MY ROOM WITH MY BEER. SAW RECEPTION IN THE MORNING TOLD TO EMAIL THEM WHICH HAS BEEN DONE NO REFUND JUST PASSING IT ACROSS TO SOMEONE ELSE SURELY SOMEONE SHOULD TAKE RESPONSABILITY AND JUST CREDIT THE FOOD I DID NOT GET TO EAT AS IT WAS STONE COLD."

"10/10. Gorgeous hotel, fabulous spa area with sauna, steam room and whirlpools. Very very clean. Only downside was the thin walls of the hotel and a bridal party shouting in the halls at 6am but I would be stressed too so I’ll let them off :)"
