"Great stay overall. There was plenty to do around Rochester, making it a great location. The only downside was that our room was close to the train station, so it could be a little noisy at times. However, the receptionist was attentive, friendly, and polite, which made us feel very welcome. I would definitely stay here again."

No restaurant or bar open even though stated available so relied on the local Coop for food and beverage. No lift so had to carry my case to the third floor. Stairs had bits of chip board on them hence no cleaning for 3 days. Faint smell of smoke throughout. Marked hand towel... query dirty. No AC so had to rely on portable...
