"Location was great, nice having live music each afternoon, happy hour was great, pool was nice. Our first night was disappointing as we arrived at midnight and our expensive room had not been serviced and we were given a very substandard room for the night until the next day. There was no reimbursement or gesture of goodwill in regards to this. Instead we received the reply welcome to Darwin. We were glad to be able to have our expensive nice room for the rest of our time in Darwin."

"A good budget hotel with good food & great staff. The room windows overlooking the pool could have done with a clean.They were not that bad but noticeable. 24 hour reception. Will stay again."

"Clean and affordable, looked recently renovated. The bed was comfortable and the linen nice and fresh, aircon worked well but tv remote didn’t, tried to use manual buttons but gave up in the end. Overall, it a nice stay, clean and affordable."

"Beautiful and quiet location with friendly and supportive staff. Spacious room with AC, small kitchen, fridge, TV. Woolworths is about 14 min walking down the street where the city center is. Hotel has coin laundry available. "

"We have stayed at Crab Claw a few times. Rooms are basic, but have everything you need for a good nights sleep. Staff are friendly, the food portions at dinner are massive. The view is outstanding! I always get up early and watch the sunrise its something every traveller should see. The pools are clean, bring the bug spray the midgies are pretty bad. My only criticism is that breakfast is cerial, toast or whatever fruit is left. As we were leaving we seen people asking for eggs on toast. Which...

"Trying to find reasonable cost accommodation in Darwin cbd for 8 nights was hard until i found Capitanos, the room was clean and the air con was icy cold! King bed was comfortable and the foxtell in the room was a nice bonus. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. "

"Staff were amazing, we had a big group of people and they were very accomodating changing room requests leading up to the stay. When we arrived they were super responsive to all our needs including kayak hire and first aid kits. The sunset was incredible and relaxing on the pontoon and in the pool was equally beautiful. Highly recommend. "
