"Stayed with my husband for an event locally, so one of the nearest hotels to Madeley. Pretty pub which gets quite busy. We stayed in a fab room at the front overlooking the road. We didn't hear any noise though. Quite a large room with tea making facilities/biscuits. Good bed size probably, king, not as comfy as some I've stayed in but ok. Good sized bathroom with separate shower. The pub serves food and we ordered bbq ribs, they did state as we'd not booked a table we would have to eat...

"I enjoyed my stay at the hotel . The friendliness of the staff ; the beautiful gardens leading into the municipal park (Deep End Dale ); the delicious food served in the hotel restaurant. My only disappointment was that my room did not have a window I could open or any kind of view at all. I thought, therefore, that the money I paid for my room and breakfast was not really value for money . "

"We was meant to stay here I booked a room with double & 2 singles, when I got the confirmation it stated 1 double 1 sofa bed the property made the mistake, after calling hotels.com to try to resolve I got nowhere, so I had no choice but to book another property. After booking another property I then get a call from this property saying they made a mistake. Hotels.com wouldn’t refund me. So I asked the property to refund me which was short by £20 odd pounds. So overall not a good experience "
