"City center and easy to get around. Train station in easy walking distance"

"Extremely helpful employees, very clean, and beautiful hotel."

"Hotel is very nice and clean. Location is very central to train station."

"Location was perfect and the hotel staff provided a restaurant suggestion that was one of the best meals of the entire trip!"

"Walking distance from train station"

"Room was quaint, vintage decor. Location very convenient to train and city centre; therefore we could here traffic. We had a hard time finding it at first, but after that it was great. Continental breakfast was good. Staff were helpful, wifi worked. Bathroom was weird; no shower curtain, no place to hang a towel, but we managed."

"Great place to stay . Best ever in Naples."

"Very close to the train station which was perfect since we had to leave very early in the morning. We also arrived very early and the staff was kind and allowed us to check our luggage until we came back later in the afternoon. They provided us change to use the elevator as well! The hotel was very cute for two friends traveling together. My only complaint is there were no cups in the room so we could drink water."

"Great"

"Clean, staff very pleasant. Hotel well located, close to termini"

"This hotel was very clean, managed very well, and was right in the center of Napoli."

"Very kind staff and clean room!"

"Clean and perfect for a one night stay We stayed one night because it was close to airport"

"The room was clean. No elevator. Neighbourhood quite sketchy with a lot of people selling items out of suitcases, garbage everywhere. Easy walk to the train station. Hotel very loud overnight, not a quiet sleep."

"Esperienza positivissima, unica pecca aver aspettato perché la camera non era ancora pronta( nonostante la prenotazione e nonostante fosse già l'orario di ceck-in). Dopo 9 ore di viaggio avrei voluto andare subito in camera a riposare. Il resto è stato eccellente: silenziosità della camera, bagno nuovissimo, camera altrettanto. Lo consiglio."

"Staff was vey sweet and helpful, The shower wasn’t great, but the bed was really comfortable."

"Missed a flight so booked this hotel last minute. Nice property/room/close to airport. Very friendly & helpful staff."

"Breakfast was super convenient and the hotel is very walkable to all the spots we wanted to see. Staff were super helpful and we were able to leave our bags on the last day which was a blessing."

"All good and very helpful staff."

"The location is very sketchy, and there was constant yelling and noise in the street throughout the entire night, making it extremely difficult to sleep. The area did not feel comfortable or safe. The property itself is also very outdated and really needs renovations and better overall maintenance. The “breakfast” is served at a bar next door, so you have to leave the hotel and walk to the bar for breakfast. The breakfast itself consists of just one croissant and a coffee."
