The check-in process was smooth and Claudia was super communicative and answered any and all questions we had. She was even kind enough to leave us a treat since we were on our honeymoon. "We had a lovely stay at this property. The apartment is gorgeous and was perfect for us as we were visiting Pompeii (30 minute bus ride away). The apartment was very clean and exactly like the photos. The only issue we found was the front door to the complex was very hard to unlock - upon arrival we were shown how to use the lock and had a go ourselves. However, in practice it was very hard to unlock and people had to let us in. The area is not the best, not very touristy and very different...

"It was a bit difficult to locate. Its known in the area as Mondo Suites. The exact address should also be provided. The managers were both excellent, very friendly and responsive. Units are huge and 2 bathrooms and very secure parking were a PLUS. Great place to stay after arriving via air or just before leaving - 5 to 10 munutes from airport."

"Great appartment at a good location close to the metro and good value, the kitchen was a really nice addition to make your own meal. Private balcony with a nice view of the city was also great. The contact with the owner was also exceptional and we had a very warm welcome. Definitely would recommend."
