Clean and comfortable. Very nice accommodations. Checking in late was not straight forward but Praise God one of the residents knew who to call to get us connected with checking in. Caserta is a very nice town and the people were very friendly. For after hours check in go to Tropicana Cafe on the right. They have the key. Breakfast is bread and cafe, no protein is offered.

Antonio is an outstanding proprietor and the apartment was very clean and right in Centro storico. Would stay there again

Our balcony was a nice amenity and worth the increased room rate to walk out onto the balcony. We saw the Royal Palace just outside our room and a lively piazza. The balcony door did insulate the room from street noise. Traffic below the balcony was heavy from 5pm to 9pm, but quiet afterwards. The bathroom had big fluffy towels and a nice free standing drying rack. The shower was spacious shower. The bed comfort was satisfactory. There are adequate electrical outlets for charging...

Hotel is amazing. New hotel. Beautiful gardens and restaurant. The dinner in the hotel restaurant is incredible! What no one tells you is that the town is very run down and not pleasant. Think that’s why the hotel is behind a closed gate! Kinda strange. But most people just come to visit the palace.

the hotel have very small parking area. but they have agremant with big parking space in the acrosing the street. but you need to pay for this parking

Great stay! Very comfortable and clean hotel. Quiet spacious room with a huge en-suite bath. Breakfast was excellent and the staff outstanding. Many restaurants easy 3 min. stroll. Regia di Caserta 10 min walk. Parking very secure. Would return. Thx.

We were driving and hotel had free parking. Modern building, 59 rooms adding almost 60 more before the end of 2009. Located right at the bottom of the town hill on the north side, so appraoch from the north is recommended if driving. Easy walking up to town. Quiet, located next to neighborhood. Breakfast in Villa dining room (separate old stone building next door) with fresh foods. Staff were helpful, informative and professional. We would stay there again.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Gave great tips on how to get around, places to see and eat. They were able to check us in early as well. Breakfast in the morning was good and convenient. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and we had a balcony. The room was refreshed daily as well. We were a little away from the main historic center which is what we wanted so it was quiet and there was a great restaurant on the same block for dinner and good rooftop bars close by. A newly opened hotel - Steps from all the action! Very Clean, comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asking for advice. Breakfast was included and there was a nice offering. I was going on a cruise and the port was only a 5 min drive away. I had the single room which was small but perfect for me. Nice size bathroom. Had a balcony as well. I would defiantly stay here again!

The host, Angelo, was very accommodating and helpful. Not only did he greet us with great energy and friendliness, but he was also a great “tour guide” and provided us with a map and a lot of suggestions for places to visit while in Naples, which was very helpful. We would strongly recommended this B&B to any of our friends and family!
