"This place is just as advertised. Right next to the Reggia. The check in was easy and the host was very accommodative with check in times and easy check out. The apartment is spacious and well-furnished. Bathrooms clean and showers easy/great water pressure. Honestly a great place to stay that is very convenient."

Upon contacting customer service, I was forced to endure multiple days and phone calls/emails to remedy and resolve only to then be misled about the VRBOcares program as well.
