"Room was very clean and quiet, well maintained. Bathroom was very spacious. Staff was very helpful with check in, and very kind. Not in the best area of Naples but did not feel unsafe in the hotel."

"Pina was really helpful because she helped us book our tickets to Mount Vesuvius. We liked how fast they were able to call a taxi for us and they gave us a brand new room on the 5th floor. We wished breakfast started at 6 instead of 7 because our day tours started at 8. So breakfast at 7 didn't give us much time to have breakfast and then take a taxi to the meeting point for 8. What added to the time constraint was the long line to the coffee machine in the morning. It seemed like all the guests were up and at the coffee line at 7 am. It took 15 minutes in line for me to get a coffee. That being said, there is a coffee maker in the room but no one wants to use those. Maybe you guys need to get rid of the little toy ones in the rooms and invest in a second machine for your dining area."

"This is a very comfortable and clean B & B. It is newly renovated. The host was attentive and friendly. The local residents were helpful and friendly. There is a pizzeria across the street and to the left that had amazing pizza that was likely the best pizza we had all trip. We would recommend this location."

"During our three-week trip to Italy, we stayed in ten different hotels, and I would rank NapoliUrbanSuite among the top three. Its location is excellent - just a three-minute walk from Napoli Centrale station. The greatest strength of this property is its host. We arrived about an hour before the official check-in time while our room was still being prepared. She made every effort to make us comfortable by storing our luggage, allowing us to use the bathroom, and later even letting us check out a little late. Of course, early check-in and late check-out depend on availability, but what impressed us most was her genuine desire to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed for three nights and had one of the best hotel experiences of our trip. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. We especially appreciated the small refrigerator in the room, and the bathroom was modern, clean, and well maintained. Overall, excellent hospitality, a spacious room, and a convenient location made this one of the highlights of our stay in Italy."

"Ideal for a one night stay in Naples. The room was clean, with good air conditioning. As expected, it was small, but still comfortable for a short stay. The roof terrace is a pleasant bonus at this hotel (when it isn't a heatwave), with great views."
