"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alpenruh!! Cannot say enough about this beautiful area! We had a perfect balcony looking across at the Monch Eiger and Jungfrau - you cannot beat that! Was so fun to see it at all times of the day and night. The room was spacious and very comfortable and it is right next to the Cable car, so very convenient for travelling the area and we were not bothered by any noise. We also had a wonderful dinner in their restaurant!"

The staff are the best I've ever known at a hotel, made the trip special and I run out of superlatives to describe them. The room itself was great, the view from it the best I've had in many years of travel, I cannot recommend this place more highly. My tiny gripe, please put a fridge in the rooms."
