"Hotel Silberhorn was such a pleasant surprise! Since Wengen is a car-free village that you can only reach by train, having the hotel located directly across from the train station was incredibly convenient. The breakfast was delicious, the mountain views were absolutely breathtaking, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Mario at the front desk. He spoke both Spanish and English, was always kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He greeted us every time we came through the lobby and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. One thing we especially appreciated was that he arranged our taxi back to the airport, which made our departure so much less stressful. Every question we had, he either knew the answer or quickly found it for us. His outstanding customer service made us feel truly taken care of, and it's one of the reasons we'll definitely be returning. Thank you, Mario!"
