"We were blown away by their friendly service from the moment that we stepped through the door. The lobby was very clean and welcoming. Every single staff member was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I loved that the shower had dispensers instead of the small bottles of product that you usually get at a hotel. "Overall it was good for a one night stay. The carpet, couch and curtains in the room were pretty stained and the kitchen area wasn’t cleaned well. It was old and could use some updates. However, the hotel is located in a very nice area and we felt safe. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. "

"Our overall stay was great. Parking is really expensive though The hotel was centrally located in the city so we could walk to the concert venue and around the city during the day. I loved that guest rooms floors are only accessible by way of key card in the elevator. Staff was amazing. Especially the staff inside the breakfast area each morning.. ill add, ive stayed at several Embassy hotels and have never had such a scarce happy hour. Only cherse, crackers and salsa?"
