"Great stay here, excellent location close walking distance to train station, restaurants and the sights. Room was small but well thought out and had everything needed. The common area was great and the staff were really superb. We were not sure how this would be being a reception-less hotel however everything was really easy and the staff station themselves in the common area should you need anything at all. Would highly recommend!!"

"Located beside train station which is super convenient. I stayed one night and got the apartment closest to station. Wasn't a problem for me but light sleepers beware. When I walked in the first thing I noticed was a lingering food smell. Would have appreciated if the apartment was aired out for incoming guests. The cleanliness of the shower was also a little suspect with hair and streaks of dirt. Everything else seemed clean. Bed was medium firm and comfy. Communal area is interesting and I liked being able to grab extra amenities that I needed."

Everything was relatively close. The Bern train station was an approximate 8 minute walk as well. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved that breakfast was included and for the duration of your stay the local transit was also included. Highly recommend this hotel."
