"Your elevators need severe serious attention. I had a few bags of me, so I use the wagon I could not use the elevator in the parking garage, so I had to walk up the ram with my wagon to get to my car. It’s not the worst thing in the world, but it was terribly inconvenient and waiting for elevators in the lobby just to go up to your room, that’s horrible so please fix your elevators "

"There’s I think 3 areas of this hotel. Our first one was the older tower and faced this loud hotel on the side that overlooks the container park. It was more of a roadside motel. It was so loud bc of that motel across the street playing music ALL DAY that we asked to move and we got a much nicer tower that was newer and across the street. It was secured and modern and quiet. We loved that tower of the hotel compared to our first tower room so when you book, make sure you know which area of the...
