We picked the newer modern rooms (West tower) and they were fine. We traveled with 3 kids and they all had fun and stayed entertained. There’s plenty of food selections in the hotel. The staff could have been more helpful in an informative way. The elevators don’t work unless you scan your key every time, we figured it out quickly but every time we used the elevator there were people in there that had no idea as well. I came across a family that was lost (wrong tower) and they told me staff didn’t tell them which way to go and were trying to figure it out. We would stay here again though.

Good for 1 night. We stayed in the buildings across from the main casino. Very outdated, and worn out. Mildew stains on bottom of shower curtain. Air conditioner sounded like a freight train. Wallpaper in bathroom was peeling. Bathroom fan did nothing for shower steam. The bed was comfortable.

The room was clean but they need to buy new furnitures, everything was old, the staff just don’t want to be bothered and tell you to do everything yourself, the parking is a little bit far but yes, the place is family friendly. They didn't return my deposit., I lost it. I'm not going back there.

Hotel was great, we were at the convention center for 3 days so was perfect for what we needed. The building faces the west hall of the convention center and ours was in the central hall. Highly recommend walking to the tesla LOOPs they are free and took us to central saving us the 30+min walk. Was probably <10 mins to walk to the LCCC Riviera station then 3-5min drive under the tunnels to Central. Made it super easy and convenient. It is a casino so everything that goes with that is there, though we liked that there were many food options inside. We enjoyed the pool and didn’t have any issues during our stay. Appreciated that you needed a key to go up the elevators. 2 girls in our 20s and we felt fine the entirety of our stay.

Got an email from the hotel with some discounts to use during our stay, and the pool was a bit over crowded but nothing big, kids enjoyed the slides. Just wished for some shade, but they did let me bring a umbrella in to use the second day. We had 2 different reservations and we got to stay in the same room. Staff was helpful is that situation considering it was busy weekend.

The kids amenities is superb! My 2 sons enjoyed and super satisfied. I hope nextime, the free toothpaste, tootbrush, shampoo and conditioner and lotion and slippers and free bottled water is accessible. The water is very expensive. Please ! Make the water free again.

We landed into town late with our plane being delayed, upon arrival, it wasn't very obvious through google maps how to get to the hotel front desk. Then when we finally figured out where to check in, there were some sketchy people sitting outside and I didn't even feel comfortable walking in to get our room by myself. The casino on the front of the hotel smelled like cigarettes also, which shouldn't be allowed in a hotel that claims to be "made for the kids." The staff was very friendly however, and we didn't have any problems with our stay after we got to our room and figured out where everything was. The front desk didn't mention that there was a restaurant open 24/7 when we got there though, which would have been nice to know for someone arriving at 3am with kids. (Was supposed to be an 1130pm landing.)
