House keeping was absent. Took over a dozen calls, they finally came at 10:55 pm. I took picture to memorialize. The night before, we were kept up by a couple fighting half the night which at time sounded like it got physical. We attempted many times to call, nobody ever answered the calls. It seemed like it was more difficult to get a hold of somebody than to just deal with the noise and disturbance. Wasn’t worth the $ I paid.

No humans to check you in. Just some sort of computer. No way to request preferences for your room. You take what the computer tells you to take. I finally had to go to the information desk to get my room number. The room was ok, but limited tv.
