I stayed in an remodel room . The room was ok there was no carpet which was a plus beds were comfy . I would bring your own shampoo and soap no toiletries are provided except soap . There wasn’t many choices for restaurants and the buffet is only open on Saturday. They do have a place called the Big chill where it’s open 24 hours .The steakhouse was yummy they have a 40.00 special for a full meal . If you have kids the adventure dome opens at 12:00 closes at 7 M-Th.

The rooms need attention housekeeping really needs to do better with cleaning needs to clean floors very well found so much hair and stains on the floors in the shower there was a ball of black hair super gross also in one of the beds found hairs the linens had stains they really need to upgrade their linens and towels are stained and worn out

It was a bad experience for many reasons, the bathroom door would sqeek, the bed would also do the same, the bed sheets were stained, and lastly the rooms were close to others where it would cause me to hear the other person talk all night.

My room is dirty with old food left in the fridge. I called the staff and they said they will just send somebody to come pick it up. Didn’t do anything to try to make it better. Also, the signs in the front indicated that there was a Popeyes and a pick up sticks and Del Taco and none of the above restaurants were even in the hotel. Also, the room looked really old and dirty. The casino looked very old and not maintained at all. Every time I ask someone for help nobody really knew their way around the casino. They said I needed to ask security when I was lost due to the signs being wrong. Overall my experience was terrible.

We stayed on skyrise tower and they have some elevator issues / all elevators down! Stairs are also not accessible and no one can go up or down and this last about 1.5 hour and huge crowd were sitting on the floor with family ! No compensation offered

The first hotel I stayed in when I first visited Las Vegas 38 years ago. Since then I have stayed at Excalibur, Paris, and and Flamingo. So my husband and I came back to Vegas this month for my husband 80th birthday. We enjoyed revisiting Circus Circus. Now we’re thinking about bringing our grandchildren, ages 24, 14,13, and 7 for a family reunion. My husband was in the Air Force and Nelly’s Air Base was his first deployment. The rooms were clean and the staff were absolutely friendly and helpful attentive. It’s always a JOY to visit Circus Circus !!

It took us one hour to get into our hotel room. And by the time we figured out the elevator situation (because that was confusing also take one elevator to one floor then get off and take a different one to another floor) the key didn’t work. The manager said he was sending security to help us get into the room & security never showed up. Had to go back to the lobby and wait for new keys. I wasn’t able to get a refund because I booked through Expedia
