We wanted to book at the RIO since it’s a choice of ours but the kids really wanted the amenities. We checked the reviews and some pictures and figured it was cleaned up. When we arrived, there were computer screens checking us in I had a couple questions and ghe lady kept telling me to read the screen like it was hard for her to answer the questions. The gentleman who helped us to our room was nice and informative. The hallways had this musky smell like moisture stuck in the walls. The air vents looked like they never been cleaned. Our room wasn’t any better mold in the bathroom and the wallpaper was peeling off the tile on the floor was cracked and the water pressure for the sink toilet and shower was horrible. Calling the front desk no one answers over and over again. We rather pay for the stay then the amenities next time. The air cooler was broke and made a clicking sound when we turned it on and the window ledge looked like it was never cleaned. The fridge wouldn’t latch closed and the counter was never cleaned from the previous guest. The worst part was the bedding was still wet. We had to pull all the bedding down and ask for dry sheets.

The room was dirty; stained, broken bed, broken toilet/stained bathroom, room smelled like smoke, checked out inn5 minutes. I understand you get what you pay for but atleast post real pictures on website so the customer doesn't think they are getting a bargain
